Will my product match the photos?
Photographs and product descriptions are for illustrative purposes. We sell natural products, so colors and sizes may vary.
Do I need to be home when the delivery is made?
No. The delivery will run smoothly even if you are not home. We do ask that you mark the spot you want us to deliver to.
What time will you be there?
We can commit to a delivery day but not a specific time, due to traffic and route scheduling. We do give courtesy calls when we are on our way.
Why do my gravel pieces exceed the screening size?
The screened number for each product represents the size of openings the screen used. Pieces sometimes enter the holes in the screens vertically, which can result in pieces with dimensions larger than the product name and description imply.
