Delivery/Return Info for J&J Materials

There are no returns or credits for the following items:
- Non-Stock, Special or Custom Orders of any type
- Any Clearance Items
- Palletized Natural Stone
- Flagging, Natural Fieldstone, Stone Veneers, Cobble Stone
- Bulk Items
- Crushed Stone, Sands, Loam, or Mulch
- Bagged Cements And Polymeric Sands
- Any Liquid Products
- Concrete Additives and Supplements, Sealers, Cleaners, Muriatic Acid, and Epoxy’s
J&J carries no warranties on products. Any vendor or manufacturer warranty would be issued and covered separately by that company and would be listed on their website or in their catalog.
For all returns, the following terms apply:
- Returns must be accompanied with an original receipt
- Returns after 30 days will be issued store credit only
- No returns of any type will be accepted after 60 days
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Any returns requiring J&J to pick the product up will also incur an additional freight charge

We deliver a wide range of landscaping materials to residents and businesses in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachussets. We offer direct delivery to your driveway, ensuring convenience and ease of use.
Please specify your delivery instructions when placing your online order or leave written instructions taped to your front door. Indicate the desired location for the material to be dropped within your driveway. While we encourage you to place a tarp down for protection, please note that the dumped pile will be at least 12 feet wide.
For safety reasons, our drivers are not allowed to leave your driveway. Driving off the driveway can potentially damage underground utilities or your landscaping. By placing an order, you authorize J&J Materials or its authorized agents to drive onto your driveway for delivery, and you assume responsibility for any potential damage that may occur during the process.
J&J Materials specializes in the delivery of high-quality landscaping materials. We strive to provide products that meet your specific needs and expectations. However, as we sell natural products, we cannot guarantee or certify the suitability of our products for all applications. It is your responsibility to select the appropriate materials for your landscaping project.
